Would it be logical to STR instead of LTR after project is finished and I move out (I no longer have to U-Haul furniture across the US 2x a year and I can look for markets beyond the Southeast and Midwest)?

We spent about $9,500 on furnishings including furniture, electronics, kitchenware, bedding, towels, etc. for our 2/2 condos.For market pricing, I collect LTR data from BP rent calculator and multiply by 1.5x.

Yes they sometimes get on the furniture, but we let the owners know that one of the ottoman's in the living room as a full compliment of furniture covers for all the couches and chairs.

Both of these cost you (from rent) utilities, amenities supplies like paper towels, and furniture deterioration.

As a wholesaler of goods that had to acquire liquidation products in bulk I have dealt with a lot of unethical , cut throat sellers and it never helped anyone along the way.
