Hello fellow BP members, I am a sophomore majoring in civil engineering at the University of Buffalo, I'm 18 years old.

I mean, I've heard some people complain about Buffalo or Detroit as places to stay away from, but reality is there are folks with the right system and a clear understanding of their goals, who are very happy in those markets. 

They are revitalizing a big Hotel Property in Buffalo and looking for investors.Has anyone else heard about them?

There is a Grand Rapids REI meeting at the Buffalo Wild Wings on 44th Street in Wyoming on the second Monday of every month.

I live in the Buffalo, Ny area and I've been looking around at every online website I know of to find different properties, then I go to CL compare the average renting costs in that area.

Don't worry too much, it really takes a long time to really understand how these complex calculations work.But once you do, you will finally understand how to invest in ANY market, whether or not it's in NYC or Buffalo!

I keep my rentals in Buffalo NY, where the property values and taxes are low and the rents are high in comparison, as I imagine is the case in Erie. 

I would like to know were would I get contracts for seller and buyer??
