Unfortunately, the end of 2024 has brought a string of financial challenges for my family, and I’m feeling the pressure.Two weeks ago, I was laid off from my job.

They did the work and brought something to my attention.

Oddly, they both really didnt like eachother, but this contracter brought in money and the addict was, well, an addict.

But I can tell you that on average over the past 3 months we have brought in around 8k and this month over 10k in airbnb bookings.  

He brought 100% of the funds for this deal.

Its a fine line here on BP a ton of the audience/members are in the business and the BP members are their target potential clients.

We have always kept inherited tenants, gradually brought up the rent.

MTR brought in 75% of the gross and more of the net due to lower cleaning fees for turning over the STR.For gross numbers we brought in about 1.2% of the ARV value in monthly rent this year which is decent based on the rules of thumb at least. 

What we do to make up for it is create a private bedroom listing to hit a different target audience to fill in some of those vacancies.
