Etc Etc Etc.Big banks only function for me when I have to put money into my JV partners accounts all over the country. for that we use Wells or BOA.. but only for those reasons.So at the end of the day and in this environment I can get bank financing at under 6% for all my deals.. and in my market here in Oregon many builders that got hurt have had to borrow hard money to build. so there holding cost are double or more than mine which creates flexibility with pricing and or more profit..

With tenants here an unlawful detainer action would take about a month or less, and sheriff would show up and I would be responsible for removing their belongings, boa foreclosed on this house back in 2010, which makes it odd the occupant is still there if it the original owner I would have their name, if someone ELSEB, would probably require a PI, TO DETERMINE WHO THE PERSON IN NEED TO SUIT FOR UNLAWFUL DETAINER..

I've tried to get more info from the owner to find out who holds the note, but she claims not to know anything after being notified that BOA sold it.

I have three that I use:- BoA AAA card that gives 5% cash back on gas (got that one back in 2005, so may not be available now)- AMEX Delta Skymiles Platinum that gives one free domestic companion ticket each year, 1 mile/dollar for everything and bonuses for travel spending, and 10,000 MQM gift after you charge $25,000/year.
