Mold remediation is usually done when there is a large area of mold found, otherwise bleach and water could kill a small spot.

Chlorine bleach and ammonia are contaminants on their own and when mixed together make deadly mustard gas.

Since it came from more than one person, I wanted to address it and spent 2 weeks cleaning it - disassembling the front door of the oven, cleaning the glass surface and putting it back, cleaning the oven rack, cleaning the stovetop with bleaching powder, soap, blade. 

Buy white, cotton linens you can bleach (skip the polyester, it doesn’t breathe).

Bleach the tub and tile, paint the radiator white with oil based enamel spray paint

A lot of homes have some kind of mold somewhere, if it's small enough I'd do the right thing and rip it out, Concrobium everything and let dry, then bleach everything to make it look clean and then re drywall. 

I poured bleach down the drains and started using drain stoppers in the sinks, tub and I covered the shower drain as well and the little beasties went away. 

Looks like I need to instruct my rehabber to give the interior / exterior a 1:1 ratio bleach to water washdown before the new roof is installed, or to hire a mold remediation company to do the work.
