i think the site looks great and being ale to connect with others is greatbut when i want to use the site to look for  properties   im like hey look @ that house    and   the listing is over 2 years old    this happens to me alot whn browsing through your tools search      Can we fix this     and work on the listings that have the NOTE on the cover page list of the ROI CASHFLOW CASH DOWN   so many of this and there alot of the same listing       GETS ANOYING seeing it over and over

We just acquired a triplex, and one of our tenants is concerned of a led paint hazard in her bathroom since some of the paint is beginning to chip.
