@David NaccoI am not a contractor but have dealt with 100+ year old properties for years and I have been told that they need to screw in, not nail in and to wet the asbestos first beforehand to try and avoid airborne particles.

You have lots of people packed into a small space sweating, breathing heavily, and airborne particles going all over the place.Many trainers are going to online sessions now or doing workouts in groups outside where 6 ft distance can easily be achieved but you still workout as a group.If I am buying a retail center or client I do not count revenue for gym and consider it a dark space no matter what the income is showing.

Not sure I'd do it in a rental because its particle board and would be shot if it got real wet, but I'd put it in my own house in the basement or something, it looks great.

With an island being installed, I don't think that moving it to the corner will mess up the flow of the kitchen.3rd floor is almost all particle board.

He had they measure the living room and hallway for vinyl and the quote came back for $3,000.00 which is an expensive route because they have to lay down plywood over the particle board.
