Though both Fair Housing, and ADA protect the disabled and an arguement could be made that an obese person is a disabled person.

I find that I get 33% more responses when I run my ad as "rent to own, free credit repair"  of course the credit repair is not free, my tenant buyers pay for it with the NROC "non refundable option consideration payment.  

Many capital improvements recently made to the property including new paved roads, Welcome Center with laundromat, and ADA compliant bathrooms.

So I thought wouldn't it be great if I had the funds for the deposit/purchase price than ad a experienced partner to help me purchase the property.

I worked for a company several years back that we would go in to houses and make them Ada compliant.

What is most interesting about this deal is that the property used to be a hospital before it was converted to an apartment complex 30 years ago, so it is already equipped with many ADA compliant amenities such as large doorways/hallways, elevator, etc.
