Conversely the lower the cap rate is indicative of the lower risk of the asset.If I invest in a stock with low dividend like Aflac, that is not a speculative investment compared to a high dividend stock like Verizon. 

Verizon told me I can't pick my phone number...I want to select a (317) number, but I want it to be simple.I asked if I could pick a local number then transfer it and they said I could, but I should make sure I don't sign a contract.Where can I find myself a (317) number?

Just as Verizon will not pay you to help your client buy a phone, a PM will not pay you to help with the tenant.

Hi @Jon Klaus so far today when reviwing the forum I have heard ad's from Regents University and Verizon.

Sounds like ATT vs Verizon as far as quality or coverage for List Source and Agent Pro.

Since this original post STIR/SHAKEN has been implemented and I now have my home VOIP phone set to only allow numbers I program into it, about 10 people that might need to call me, the rest get straight up canned and my verizon cell has a STIR/SHAKEN neighborhood blocker and I simply block out all 901 numbers and any others that start to become a hassle.

As I mentioned I'm on an Android device using a Google Pixel 4a model and my earbuds are Klipsch brand, McLaren edition, on the Verizon network.

Any numbers that don't work on Google Voice also haven't worked with my Verizon #.

I know some investors here that have installed a verizon hotspot in their condos.
