How do we know that you aren't running a Trolling coaching business, and that this post isn't just reverse reverse trolling?

I have started investing for a few years and had some good results with a few GPs but even those GPs who had been coaching other people had really bad results this year (mainly no distribution).

There is no pitching of any programs, coaching, books, etc.

I do know coaching/mentoring/selling programs can be good money, especially if a person knows how to market themselves or has a bit of prior exposure.

With investor's properties, depend on how risk averse they are, I fall under either just follow their criteria or maybe coach them my insight if I feel they are open to ideas.

After I got an LLC set up, I was set up with a credit coach and he is helping me get my corporate credit set up.
