I had a animal house I will never forget... it was a little zoo on the out side I thought how quant .. knocked on door and there was loud barking from literally 20 to 30 dogs.. and it had cheap lamanite flooring so you could hear all the dogs nails and paws running toward the door.. lady opens the door and you guess it full blown kennel only no dogs were kenneled .. had to take it to studs to get smell out... seen many homes were they wore out carpet and were living on the sub floor but that's pretty standard in a lot of these... :) and bought one that was a Porno house big studio and equipment left behind... it was a million dollar home

I think it's quite arguable that accommodating an entire emotional support petting zoo may begin to fringe on unreasonable.

I bought the wrong property in the right location. what do I do?

i bought a property which was great in many ways and terrible in many other ways.its near the river, near the zoo, four schools, 2 shopping plazas, 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the train station, 40 minutes from a major university, 5 minutes from a major hospital, 5 minutes from the nearest commercial hub, 40 minutes from another major city and has great tourism industry, commercial hub and everything is a tick EXCEPT the fact that when I purchased the house, it was a sad little brick house in a sad little part of town, with sad qualities and below average appeal.

Why Are there So many Real Estate Mentors amd Teachers?
27 March 2020 | 43 replies
It's an area where a rip off artist can do very well in an unregulated area of business, anyone can be a guru, if you let them.Pretty much why I tell people to go learn the basics instead of getting caught up in some forum zoo, blog, podcast, coloring book, paint by numbers set or system, go learn the reality of real estate first, then jump in with all the clowns in the car, see the tactics, if you like some strategy then learn that and go invest or make some money.
