There were a few submissions that got denied that I wasn't pleased with, but the 3 deals I've done have been great and I got my eyes on this 4th one.

Too many Borrowers overwhelmingly tried to lock in these low rates that bankers had to curb the mortgage submissions.  

I've been looking to apply all week but keep getting the message:"At this time only agricultural business applications will be accepted due to limitations in funding availability and the unprecedented submission of applications already received"Is there anyway to still submit an application at this time or must I wait?

With the 3rd property I tried to buy the realtor (who became my agent) didn't send me the offer before the offer submission deadline.  

Most would be surprised how many MBs don't actually process their own files, run their own submissions or frankly understand what this rant segment means.
