I would not characterize this as a scam per se.. but it appears to me to be a failed investment model..

But airbnb is my go-to, works great for my hybrid model.

Credit Karma uses a Vantage scoring model (which we do not use in the mortgage industry), but the trend will be the same as mortgage scores. 

I think you can model a decent double digit return but how do you transition to actually pulling money out? 

I think a return on invested equity analysis outlining a few scenarios with my models would answer your questions. 

It seems the company model has changed a little.
