I grew up going to a camp there every summer.Boise has a lot to offer in terms of rental market, especially in equity growth.

I thought it would be extremely formal guys with briefcases and way over my head. i felt it rapidly grew my network, knowledge basis, and confidence that has propelled me to be successful in acquiring 300+ units over the last 4 years. 

I often work with developers that rehab SF and MF properties in communities where either they grew up, they go to church in, or have relatives that still live in communities they've moved out of...happy to discuss via DM.

My Mom's family grew up with two generations of the local family get togethers and knowing all the extended cousins, so did my wife's family.

With that said, I kind of wish we had built as we grew a little earlier because retrofitting has been a bit of a pain. :)Best of luck.
