My loan feel through because I didn't have enough time in the army to use the VA loan and I was counting on it the whole time so since that feel through I hade to go the FHA rout witch increased my interest rate 1.3 percent and on top of that I now have to pay PMI and if I had been planning more than one loan in the begging I would have been prepared Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

If done correctly, using a 5yr plan to get very strategic with personal living expenses and most possibly expand active income and net from such, one should be able to build a heck of a "$-Army" who is than going forward making significant dent's in debt month-after-month year-after-year and beyond.

Over the many years, I've seen these things destroy a lot of people.IMO for a short time they provide happy days, but inside them is the shark that will "come a callin' ".As a very conservative investor, these are not on my Swiss Army Knife, but I recognize the Risk/Reward situations they are used for.

Values in places like the salvation army guides are much lower but also really are more for furniture that is not made vs. antiques like this.
