Can you speak on how you source granite slabs cost effectively?

It sounds like you've absorbed a bunch of problems already and a new sewer line and the current basement situation will cost you way less than the $50K in fees to sell it. 

What do people use to do so, especially anyone on Central Ohio? 

Unfortunately, I think you should eat the cost on this.If you have a door that can lock, you should provide the key.

Buyers don't look for financing and its foreign so they don't jump on a forsale listing on zillow.I've had the best (only) luck with zillow rental adds,   starting with the pitch;  rent to own, live in a great home while you pay off owning it. 

Any information you are willing to share about past projects from addresses, scope of work, estimates, line item breakdowns, materials costs etc.  

I have one child under 2 yrs, and another on the way, so thinking about their long term safety and education is on mind.
