It was a daycare so it had a huge 19×17 play room and half of the finished basement was a nursery school.

It could be nursery, a childs room, or an office. 

The zoning is my issue I’m in a residential zone grandfathered in as a garden center nursery.

I sent them a link with a non-chemical alternative method to use a less harmful way to get rid of them, and suggested they take one to a nursery to see if they actually ARE dangerous, advised to supervise their child and dogs, just like they would in a local park, but I'm not about to run back and forth to the property everytime a naturally-occuring plant pops up on the lawn.   

I run a plant nursery from my home to be home with our 3 kids and help provide some cash here and there, but it isn’t sufficient to feel that she is being provided for (reasonably so, I get it).

You could also talk to a nursery about ground cover for the slope.

The brewery is getting great press, one of the tire shops is getting replaced with a nursery specializing in drought tolerent lands scaping.

Or with trans and disability movements etc and what not are we now required to just be okay with co-ed bathrooms, our bedroom used as a baby nursery, or our own bathroom structurally customized per temporary lodger's preferences?!
