In my opinion, a more moderate quarter-point cut would have signaled confidence in the economy's underlying health.

we did moderate rehab not over the top by anymeans just enough to pass section 8. also I owned plenty of homes on the streets you mention we had 200 of them so basically every street in Sojac we had houses ..

On repair costs, I've been advised in the past to use $15 sqft for moderate repairs and $30 spft for big remodels.

I'm moderately experienced in subject-to (had approx 6 over last 9 years), but this will be my first time as a seller with the underlying loans in my name and more of the risk on my credit.

I haven't looked at J's numbers since then to see what has doubled, what has tripled, and maybe what has stayed somewhat close...That being said, if you are looking for very, very borderline useless numbers, plan on $50/psf for a moderate update to $100/psf for near gut remodel.Given that you are already very close to closing, realistically, I would say, you just need to get actual bids for your scope of work.
