Review Form 1065 yourself and decide whether you want to tackle it.The real dilemma here is that hiring a tax pro will definitely cost you, while it is unlikely to save you much (if anything).

This is the fork where I'm not sure if I'd be good to get some CRE exp and invest in learning about how to review deals for the next 2-3 years, or focus on generating revenue for investment purposes and watch how things are done as a LP.My personality more aligns with networking, reaching out to people, connecting, navigating difficult situations and finding solutions that work.

They had a beautiful listing and 14 great reviews but their calendar was wide open. 

Since STR “lives” on reviews, being “right” because of the contract the guests signed might be the most expensive “right” you’ve ever experienced.So what’s left for the “wanna be” STR investor in today’s market?  

I hope more investors come on and give honest reviews so others can be spared from the worst experience I've had in many years.what is your attorney doing?

I have been learning how the process works and there are a lot of resources for how to interview a sponsor and review the deal, but how do you initially access the deals to review?

Their fees were less than Anderson but I've heard mixed reviews with both companies. 

I suspect these hosts are buying off bad reviews.
