Are you aware that you can find great syndication opportunities with a broker-dealer group rather than vet each syndicator?

Typically a DST sponsor will only distribute through an SEC-registered broker-dealer for compliance and regulatory reasons.  

We have also been Fleetwood and Nashua home dealers.

When we are asked as the owner if I am licensed and I say no every attorney or broker dealer says “that’s smart”.

Here's one I received on an equipment dealer that's been in business for 70 years. 

There are a lot of broker-dealers who work in the real estate space and will do the due diligence for you and recommend several offerings.

I went to their office a few weeks ago and spoke to the lady that handles the fifas, because I have a house next to one of mine, that is full of prostitutes and drug dealers and it's still in the name of the deceased owner and her taxes are $ 30 per year or so.

Your pay-day lender has a license, so will a pawn broker, car dealer, or a venture capital firm.
