I didn't have much imagination for it. 5 years ago I started looking at buying a larger home I could house hack because it allowed me to get a larger property than I could afford.

The bear began repeatedly getting into the dumpster, and by that time I'd already found a different company to help clean up the area that agreed to do it for $65.00 per clean. 

My goal is to learn as much as I possibly can and connect with experienced investors along the way.If there are any local meetups or networking events, I’d love to hear about them!
