Exception would be body soap, I order 15 packs of Greenwich Bay on Amazon because they come in 1.9 oz bars, smell nice and have a high end look in package.

My wife and I own 3 properties in Colorado and are considering pulling some equity to purchase an STR in the Tampa Bay Area.

In contrast I can keep an eye on my Bay Area properties, try to do a minor repair myself, etc. 

I moved from the SF Bay Area to live and invest in Reno, NV because of it being much more landlord friendly, low property taxes, close to Northern CA and Lake Tahoe, strong appreciation, and I understood the market after speaking to a bunch of people and feeling confident about the future here.  

Its an island sticking out in the SF bay..

if you guys see any price dipping in Miami, just buy 2 to 3 duplex for househacking and hold it for ten years....this market is even stronger than bay area post covid.

@Mike Miller Are you planning to purchase properties in the bay area?

Despite making six figures and I do as well, supporting a family and living in the Bay Area quickly drains that.My advice is to attend as much meet ups as possible to network.
