I have heard of someone who would accidently have a pizza delivered to the wrong address which just happened to be the address of a property being foreclosed on so when the door was opened they could see a quick glance of the interior.

I own 22 doors in Cumberland, how are things going with your multifamily? 

RentVine maintenance is not ready to be used for maintenance coordination past a few hundred doors.  

I'd recommend going there and knocking on the door of a dozen neighbors to get their feel.

My biggest piece of advice is to run it like a business especially with the tenant next door.
