As I said, Jack, I only commented because our PPs were the same and it was a coincidence that I happen to be closing tomorrow.Also I was shocked at how much less the closing costs are with cash.

I'm not in Maine often unfortunately but hopefully sometime I'm visiting will coincide.

@Brad France in SC the lawyers office acts as your title and/or escrow office as you are probably use to in OR.   

Even in Sri lanka, it takes about 1/20 th of the time to get a new construction permit and France only 3 months free and clear.
