Nowadays, people can make paycheck stubs/W2's that look convincing so just make sure you invest in software that gathers verified information on applicants.  

But it would be nice to have access to the software and a place to basically wholesale the ones you don't want for yourself.

There is so much free content out there that can teach you about guest services, software, vendor management, and so on.

I have totally given up on Quickbooks though it remains the best accounting software for the non CPA type
