Failure to comply with a court order can have severe consequences. 

Most investors are greedy they hear they need a 10% return the 1% rule or the 2% rules and thing its a failure you dont achieve that and then they take these risks they are not prepared to handle emotionally.

Failure for the fire department to knowingly not enforce leaves the county liable if something happens.  

If the failure to join was a ministerial oversight, then a new deed would probably cure the defect. 

After the banking failures early last year and the current razor's edge of the banking environment, you had better believe that regulators and banks are hyper sensitive to any potentially bad assets.

Throughout my journey I've come to terms with the fact that this is going to take many years of failures before I will be able to see a little bit of reward.

But cat pee soaking into the floor is damage, failure to clean up liquids or other gross things, I'd rather not go into. 

More parts means more failure points that wear and separate over time, especially stuff that is constantly moved and sat/slept on.

It sounds like the separation between success and failure is based on proper preparation and realistic expectations.
