If you think the property is Gina cable, make a financed offer.....not everyone gets exactly what they want. 

If you have WIFI boosters, you can have all the smart tvs tap into it without "cable."

Be prepared to pay $75 to an electrician to flip a tripped breaker or change a ceiling light bulb, $75 to a plumber to change a flapper in a toilet or a cartridge in a faucet, $750 to replace a hot water tank, fridge, washer/dryer, $100 to a cable/internet tech to unplug and plug in a modem, the list goes on.

For example if drywall is down, I see that as an opportunity to update all of the cabling (internet, power, and cable) if needed or at least you know what it is when you check it out.

For simplicity’s sake, I am considering rolling the utilities (water, gas, electric, internet/cable) into the rent.

They came in and determined that the piers had to be raised and when they began raising, a crack in the concrete in the middle of the house gave in and the foundation company said that they cannot raise the piers anymore.Upon further investigation, we came to know that the previous contractor never mentioned that the concrete slab didnt have a post tension cable or rebar.

When I say control your spending, I mean drop cable, drop Netflix, don't go out to eat, don't take vacations and shop at the thrift store. 

I pay our cell phone bills, trash bills, water bills, cable/internet.

what's collections for.... it could be something stupid like a dispute w/ cable company or bill they don't feel like they should pay. 

I do prewire my units of cable and internet but no one uses the cable.
