I am in Tampa and it is quite competitive and I often have new properties that are nice but not necessarily superior. 

Office space has taken quite a hit lately, especially with the move to work from home.

Here in Florida there are some opportunities to purchase a brand new home, cash flow, and minimize your capital expenditures for quite a while.

So, I had been looking at investing with RTR for quite a while, but hadn’t done anything yet.

But I kept doing what I have always done did not quit but thought things would change.As for 2023 and 2024 those were by far the best years of my career..

Over the years, however, we’ve found that we end up coming down to Orlando quite a lot, especially in the last couple of years, and we end up staying in vacation rentals (Reunion, Championsgate, Storey Lake typically).I would love to simply pull equity from the current property but given that it’s a long term rental and we are Canadians, from what we understand it’s not an option for us.we love reunion but I feel that would probably not be the best for ROI.  

Real estate syndication investing is still quite valuable as it can offer higher Returns than investing in public REITs but not as high returns as direct ownership and management of real estate by some experienced people, but with the benefit of being far more passive, than direct ownership/management. 

If I took my best guess, investor rates may settle around 7.5% for quite a while.
