WHEN (yes I mean WHEN not if because over 30+yrs it happens many times) when the market has a drop for whatever reason be it a bad election, war tensions, someone sneezed on there terminal and HFT's went bazerk selling, whatever the cause, WHEN the market drops you get a "Margin CALL" and next thing ya know there not just selling off those leveraged positions BUT there selling em off in the drop, at the lowest price, amplifying losses, all those returns going out the window in moments.

No way is this a scheme to keep EM for the seller..Anytime I have had EMD disputes it usually gets solved with a 50 50 split since I know what will happen.. what happens is exactly as you describe.. money is to small to realistically hire an attorney to collect..

I am happy to pay a competent firm to keep me from violating the terms of my plan and answer questions, but somehow I fear that no one will want my account because the banking part is outsourced to Titan Bank (which is not paying interest, so I should probably switch from them too) and perhaps there are no custodial fees to be had the way this plan was set up.
