Hi All,I have been trying for sometime now to drum up some investor capital to be able to purchase a multifamily apartment building in FL.

Everyone wants to bang on the drum of STRs driving home prices up. 

Hoping to drum up a good conversation here. 

He is also a superb marketer and knows how to drum up demand.

Other options: radio and TV advertising, social media ads, google keyword ads.Generally, those that are good at drumming up off market deals spend a lot of time and money advertising in various forms.  

I had watched a few dozen Brandon Turner webinars (which are geared toward new investors and the info is somewhat repetitive which drummed it into my mind) and so I was confident I knew the difference between a good and bad deal. 

I called a real estate agent that I met while I was out visiting local real estate offices trying to drum up business and asked him to go look at the house with me.

And of course, drum up some off-market deals.

Outside of the normal craigslist and zillow what other avenues can I use to drum up some interest in my property?  

I tried to negotiate the sale price, (I did respectfully drum it up as much as I could) but the owner is doing no concessions and adamantly not budging after 2 attempts at compensation.
