Live where you want and invest where the numbers make the most sense.The benefit of living in NYC is that you hopefully make a nice salary compared to others in the country.This gives you a competitive advantage when you want to buy properties in other parts of the country.If you are investing in NYC, you are not investing for the cash-flow but the potential appreciation.I used to live in NYC(now I am a digital nomad) and I decided to invest in Florida.

I also have a digital agency business and am acquiring a new SMB in-home service. 

However, it does demand solid digital marketing expertise to see positive results.

Social Media and Digital Marketing: Invest in virtual tours, high-quality listings, and digital advertising to reach a wider audience.

On ETSY you can also buy hundreds of digital files of abstract art in different color pallets for super cheap ($10-20), then have those printed onto whatever type of print and size you like with Shutterfly or any other digital printing service. 

However, it does require solid expertise in digital marketing to achieve positive results.As for list pulling: you've got solid services like PropStream and Listsource to name a few

I have heard of a decent amount of people either investing/ living in Bali, it seems to be a pretty big hub for digital nomads.

This exact reasoning is what's drawn me to digital marketing and copywriting as the best way to attract motivated leads.
