Only the first can be corrected, but us making a mistake and getting anything less than 5 star review is stricly unacceptable in my eyes and my team also has a strong sense of ownership in their position and loyalty to my company.   

And no matter what, keep an eye on how your financing structure lines up with your exit strategy.Where do you see the biggest risk.. sinking money into improvements or letting the buy back linger too long?

My rates are higher than what both VRBO and AirBNB and Airdna has ever suggested but I keep my eye on competitors and am happy pricing higher and turning away some of the guests that might book for lower.  

I briefly worked in commercial lending after I finished grad school and that really opened my eyes to the inner working of that industry.

The only thing I would advise is to keep a close eye on the HOA fees, as that's where the cash flow can get squeezed.

A high CTR is great, but if it’s not turning into bookings, it’s not doing much for your bottom line.Another key metric I’d keep an eye on is the “First-Page Search Impression Rate.”
