When you contact live and invest to see if they can help, they are nowhere to be found.One of the sales people for the Panama real estate told me Lief gets kick backs for every sale that comes from his live and invest folks like me (he claims he does all the due diligence for us to make sure it's a good investment) but he's probably just making a deal with these developers and ends up the winner and we end up the loser.

If your inital contact with the HA is on the phone, I would follow up with an email or letter, memorializing the conversation in writing.Next, the very next time it occurs, formally issue the tenant a lease violation (i.e. notice to cure) as per your local/state statute and CC the case worker.

After stopping by to see and knocking on the door, no answer to get in contact of the owner, I looked up to find the home is now 4  years delinquent on taxes.The house is needing much work unfortunately and with taxes being delinquent, the owner may not have the funds to rectify any of the situation.

I also updated our initial contact letter to explain that it's in their best interest for us to do the pre-qualification so inquiries don't waste time or money driving out to the property and/or completing an application when they won't qualify anyway.
