I would check the internet for articles about any lender you are considering.

Especially in Iowa when it is 0 degrees and 30 mile per hour winds.These properties we are doing have the Teak component, but they all have secondary values with locations, building sites, phone/internet reception, water, palm trees, fruit trees etc. 

I too at first thought it odd, that they didn't have a big internet presence, though they've been around over 6 years.

Subtract $350 for HOA dues, maybe another $400-$500 for electric and internet, and potentially water bills. 

A quick internet search suggests that foreign national loans can provide up to 75% LTV.

Furnishings that are easy to clean, along with amenities like high-speed internet and pet-friendly options, go a long way.

Narrow your focus, stop buying properties, and figure out what you actually know really well rather than letting FOMO, spreadsheet calculations on faulty pro formas, and advice of strangers on the internet influence your investment decisions. 

There is no high speed internet available yet and we haven't sprung for Starlink.
