ORRehab all to the fullest, and maybe use the back building as a in-law house..ORDemolish back building, and use the floor as a nice basketball court or tennis court, keep the big shop garage and modernize the outside, tear the front house down, and build a new house on the remaining foundation, with attached garage, and second floor giving a total of around 2,500 sq.

Some are very good at managing and others fail at it.I remember being a teacher years ago and I disliked it because most of the job entailed managing students, attending meetings, grading papers, attending parent-teacher conferences, coaching basketball, managing my time, and managing my classroom.

Our kids loved it because of the basketball court, volleyball court and full horseshoe pit.  

I love sports, namely basketball "GO HEAT!"

We filled in a pool, that had a cement apron and vinyl liner,, we put back in partial clay and sand, it would have been better if we had used all sand.. we would get standing water after large rain storm.. city made us remove all concrete, mechanical, and liner only thing they would allow was small amount of loose chunks of concrete size of basket ball,  other wise it all went. it cost us about 4 grand to fill in the pool..
