If you want a cheaper alternative i would recommend upwork, it's a little more expensive but you can tailor exactly what you want done and actually hire someone as a VA to do your SEO work, usually not the best and wont really get you much traction in competitive markets, but it's better than nothing and you won't have somebody who is just spamming backlinks to your site trying to get $5 and a 5* rating like you would on fiverr.

For instance, same template that lots of other investors are out there using, same logos, same keywords, content, back links, etc.This may be okay for some, but must be weighed on an individual basis and based on the investors objectives and/or goals of investing.

Use back links to sites that are not yours and use interesting or provocative titles.

This will begin to give your business credibility on the web for your specific location and also create some backlinks to your site to help with SEO.
