I think pretty much any demo work involving walls and ceilings are going to disturb the paint.For example if you cut a hole 36" tall by 24" wide on old sheetrock to install a recessed medicine cabinet that is 6ft*2, is that how they calculate it?

did not read all the replies, but if you were close in the area, i'd say "you backed out too soon". since you are far away and the seller/BP member clearly knew that, you are correct to feel uneasy. note to the seller/BP member - dont advertise as "turn key" if stuff still needs to be done to the house. turn key in most peoples minds means "i unlock the door and put my toothbrush in the medicine cabinet.

That means importing doctors and nurses from the first world who are privileged enough to study medicine in the United States or western Europe and come with supplies to effectively keep themselves safe from contamination (you know, the supplies that can't even get there in the first place because people keep closing borders and limiting flights).

The other point is that those giving details is much like a doctor giving a prescription and if the patient takes the medicine the wrong way or it's the wrong medicine the results can change that persons life or even end it.
