@Ryan ProkopetzI feel I need to qualify @Peter Crisp's portrayal of NB a little, but letting you know he picked one of the most challenging parts of the province (Bathurst, baie de chaleur) in which to invest (Saint John  would be next on that list).  

Hey passed my broker exam 2 years ago but was a licensed as NBA, due to Covid and other circumstances I did not hang license anywhere.

Not to mention, I hear we're getting an NBA team by 2025...
