We could be very agressive on this and lower our tax liability.We might be romanticizing the real estate opportunity to fast track us to FIRE but we're looking at all these levers and trying to figure out what is the right one / right order to pull.

@Amol Kulkarni yeah, the founder Andrew is a great guy.The only way you won't get great service is if they've grown too big, too fast.

I'm sorry to hear that some people have had problems with their automatic billing and have had bad customer service calls.Personally, I have had a great experience with Ron Legrand and like @Aaron Anderson, have attended his Fast Track and Quick Start courses.

The reality is you need to move off a few factors---fast solutions have slow problems, due diligence, have a healthy safety blanket reserve wise. 

Oh and of course I'm now getting phone calls and emails from Jerry and the "coach" asking me to join his "fast track" program.

I see many people saying oh it is just $100 but as I said it adds up pretty fast and in reality, it is way more than a $100 difference as the price of insurance is going up very high.

That they don't service their loans well, lag on draws, say they can close fast but don't etc etc.

If you need to get it rented fast, a great property manager would list the home for $2100 (below market) and get several quality applicants competing against each other to drive the price up to the max so you don't risk vacancy by starting out too high and gradually reducing to find the sweet spot.
