Sorry for the late response, been busy with the holidays and whatnot but here's my update so far.- I now have two preapproved loans- I also have a realtor- Realtor has me on a list where i get emails whenever a property hits that matches what i'm looking for- Been analyzing and crunching numbers like crazy- Went with my realtor last week to see a building and have scheduled to see a couple more the weekend after Christmas

As for turn key, I have never used a TK Bc I do all the work and management on my properties myself & am also a control freak lol...but I’ve learned a TON & know what to look for in flips or rentals, what to avoid, what to spend money on & what not to, etc.

So as far as education goes I’m a former broker spent about 3 years licensed (mostly doing work for other brokers) but I’m familiar with how the whole process works and what not on transaction side.I let my license lapse because there are requirements I’ve found make people suspicious.
