I know a few investors that do it here in Tempe, Mesa, and Glendale - not to mention you can do it in Phoenix as well. 

Companies tend to do well when they professionally respond to negative posts, and either provide their version of events and stand their ground, or do what it takes to turn the angry poster into an ally.

I cannot speak to the quality of the coaches but the sales staff seamed well trained.

Again very nice to see others pursue this avenue Yeah, it’s worked out well for me.

To add value to the property, we undertook extensive renovations including the removal of over 40 yards of trash, installation of a new septic system and wall-hung boiler, and a new well pump.

A well written management contract should clearly spell out what is expected of both the PMC and the owner, to PROTECT both and avoid misunderstandings.

Sounds well though-out.

I do check placement (we do well on either platform but have a few more niche offerings for our area) so not taking that calendar booking "hit" much.
