No google reviews yet they claim to have originated $40M since inception (nothing on website points to when that was).

I own 2 rental properties but travel for work.  I'm a travel nurse.  Thus, I'm trying to find a convenient way to accept payments and transfer the payments to pay the mortgage.  I really would prefer not having family...

However, tons of great forums posts in this website and lots of good videos on YouTube if you can’t offer anything.

Also I have been trying to find new videos by Alan Kendall, he has disappeared as well as his website. 

I answered an initial questionnaire on the website and there’s basic documentation required but it doesn’t appear to be nearly as extensive as the requirements for my conventional loans.

Although I did learn a little and met some awesome folks I feel as though I learned more from this website and other free resources on the internet than I did from what I found to be an outdated home study course and this extremely high-level Three Day Seminar.The seminar I found to be 10% focused on education and 90% focused on selling the coaching programs that are designed and intended to guide the recipient to earn in upwards of $100k/ per annum in investing.   

To begin, learn all you can by reading books, listening to podcasts, checking websites, and joining groups like REIAs.
