I know its never as easy as it seems so I always try and do way more than my due diligence in order to be as informed as possible when exploring a new viable venture.

If you insist on starting right now then what I recommend is building your buyers list and then reaching out to other wholesalers to see if they want to JV (joint venture) a deal with you.

When I looked into real estate crowdfunding and syndication ventures a couple of years ago, depending on how the offering was registered, Canadian investors had to be accredited.
