Which vehicle would be best to run my Real Estate investments within: LLC, Corp, sole pro ?

The seller was very happy in the end and gave me a number to a lady wanting to sell 3 properties asap because she is getting older and has become a tired landlord. 1. 2 unit in 631132. 4 unit in 631123.

He would like to continue to pull the appreciated equity out and roll it into a new vehicle.

Also, in a hot market, some owners don't want to be bothered gathering every detail on the property for "tire-kickers" so they may not be willing to provide some of the additional info until a contract is accepted.
