For example, if the going rents in your area are $2,000 for a remodeled place, and you can only command $600, then yes, remodel!

We did not use real estate agents and are using my agent as a transactional agent only for a $1,000 flat fee.

@Joshua @Joshua Savage WordPress can definitely work for implementing these features however for the best user experience a custom website would be best.
