I transformed the back office into an efficiency to increase the number of rents from the property.

Municipalities within Milwaukee, neighborhoods and school districts are a much better reference.I am both exited and frankly a little bit surprised about the transformation we are seeing.

I still own properties in Bloomfield and it has gone through a serious transformation in the last few years.  

But I've seen a descent amount of run down homes being transformed into beautiful houses near the urban area. 

These properties are usually sold at a lower price due to their ‘poor’ condition, and with some rehabilitation and renovation they can be transformed into valuable assets.

Having lived in some fairly remote and rural area and currently working on transforming a rental in a foreign land and foreign language I thought I share some of my experiences, results and advice when it comes to trying to manage construction remotely as an absentee or non present property owner or manager. 

Always love seeing these transformations, your are re-shaping the city in a positive way by doing this.

Based on these experiences, I enjoyed the hustle of finding off market deals and also seeing my hard work pay off from watching my rental transform from ugly to beauty.Now, I have been in school for 5 years...

We just bought one in Columbus and found that there were quite a few houses on the street that have been completely transformed over the past few months, with more in progress.
