If they know you have extra cash allocated to the project they are more likely to come back to you with their hand out at the first opportunity.  

And they are NOT going to be happy when "Big Daddy" cuts back on theie handouts.

And will banks hand out another loan, based off the fact that my income wouldn't be able to support two mortgages?

If I feel that they are tire kicking or something that bothers me I don't hand out the application form, I just say to contact me if they wish to apply.If they are handed an application or if they gave me their application I always ask to see their ID to make sure the person who showed is the person who applied.

We work with international investors, mainly from Asia but are headed over to London in October to participate in a big investors trade show there.

I also bring along a hand out with a foreclosure hotline on it with a list of options to pursue that has a basic explanation of each one.

I'm not saying i want a hand out but i just really want this and have no clue where to start and what exactly I need to learn. 

I found all that very upsetting and really borderline immoral.In addition, for the $200 we got almost no handouts and in addition, no coffee, food or even tables for most of the people.

I imagine that happens to cards I hand out as well.I'm sure that is a lack of organization on my part, but those damn things are so small and get lost easily.  

There are a lot of bad suppliers and given that you are only making a one time purchase, I would go with an agent who are familiar with the local suppliers.(2) Trade shows!
