I believe you can file a "Motion for Relief" from the stay and that legally allows you to continue the foreclosure process on the property.

Hi Christy,Both the House and Senate version of the tax bill changed the Section 121 exclusion to 5 out of 8 years instead of 2 out of 5, so that is likely to be in the final bill after the conference reconciliation.I have been hearing that they are trying to get a bill onto Trump's desk by Christmas, so hopefully we will know soon what is going to happen.I have not seen anything about a grace period, but my suspicion is that Treasury will issue Regs providing some relief
