Buy in the best location possible2.

I am located in Northern Utah and would love to invest locally, but it does not seem feasible for my strategy and financial position.

There are a million things missing from this for anyone to even give you the smallest amount of advice on what to do.Where are you located?

Their first location is out in Reston area, but he has more in Fairfax, somewhere in Maryland and elsewhere.GRID has various meetups around the area, I've gone to 2 in DC and really enjoyed them.And lastly, I cohost a very casual meetup every month in Tyson's Mall, on the 3rd floor.

@Summer Rae you could also have a lock box on site with only your knowledge of location.

Perhaps they would make more money if STR was an option, however if that's not permitted in their location, no STR demand exists, or no STR PM is willing to take on their property, they may not have that option.
