This loan will help my llc build credit, and since the pml/hml doesnt build credit, I want to use a cc to pay my contractor and use the loan to pay off the cc as another way to build my credit.

He's looking for a Georgia/out of state lender.There's tons, I would recommend talking to local credit unions in that area too.

The second issue I have with STNL is that if it functions like a bond, then isn’t this a terrible time to buy?

I have spent countless hours trying to figure out how to buy properties with no income, no down payment, and a 700+ credit score from a student credit card with $10 payments on time.

The process is getting allthe information together like the 1003, credit authorization form, bank statements, income statements etc. they will underwrite the file and confirm the borrowers ability to repay.What state is this in?
